Alpha 0.1.3 Update

Brand new look with the brand new update! A lotta small changes, mostly bug fixes. Lot of quality of life improvements, like a launcher for managing models and updates going forward, there are some scripts in the main game directory so you can update the llama-cpp-python wheel if the included one has any issues like last time. Streaming Generation is here as well! If that's your game, you don't have to wait for the bot to finish typing. Maybe some more stuff I forgot, but hopefully this fixes some bugs some of you were having.
